How far in advance do I need to book?

Ideally, more than the night before your movers show up (we've seen it happen). A few days to a week out gives us breathing room to make sure your totes are clean, counted, and ready to roll.
That said, if you're in a last-minute panic, ask anyway — we'll do what we can. We like a challenge almost as much as we like totes.

What if I need my totes for additional weeks?

Moving takes longer than the internet promised — we get it. If you need to hang onto your totes past the original plan, just let us know and we'll extend your rental. No guilt trips, no scramble.
Bonus: the longer you keep them, the better the per-week rate gets. So really, dragging your feet on unpacking is basically a savings strategy.

Question 3

Do I need to clean the totes before pickup?

Accepted Answer

Nope — just get your stuff out of them. We'll handle the rest.
That said, we do ask that you skip anything truly unhinged — spoiled leftovers, mystery liquids, whatever your cat got into. Basic courtesy, not a deep clean. We sanitize every tote between rentals anyway, so you don't have to scrub away your moving-day chaos. That's our job, not yours.

What if I damage a tote?

Life happens — a scuff, a scratch, a suspicious dent from that one stairwell corner. Normal wear and tear? Don't sweat it, that's just what totes are for.
If something gets seriously damaged (cracked, crushed, or otherwise unrecognizable), just let us know. We'll figure out a fair replacement fee together — no surprise charges, no guilt trip. We just ask you don't use them as sleds, weapons, or moving-day frisbees.

Do you serve my area?

If you're in or around Rome, GA, we've got you covered. Floyd County is our home turf.
Not sure if that includes your specific street? Just ask — we'd rather tell you "yep, we're there" than have you guess and end up disappointed. And if you're just outside our zone, let us know anyway. We're growing, and squeaky wheels get totes.

Can I keep some totes?

Accepted Answer

Look, we saw this coming. You've spent a few weeks living out of these things — of course you're attached. If a few totes go MIA after your move, just give us a heads up and we'll sort out the details. No lectures, no stress, just a quick chat.
As for the boxes you still haven't unpacked four weeks later? That's between you and them. We just deliver the containers — we don't do the emotional unpacking. That part's on you.
